To increase and improve communication between school, parents and community Text Box: School Board The Freedom School Board holds a regular monthly meeting on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the Freedom School and are open to the public. Prior to each meeting, the agenda is posted at the school and at the Post Office. The Board welcomes community input. If anyone wishes to discuss a specific topic in great detail, the Board requests that you submit the topic, supporting materials and/or information to the SAU #13 office ten (10) days prior to the scheduled Board meeting. Agendas are prepared one week in advance of the meeting. Special meetings occur from time-to-time and these are posted in similar fashion. Official copies of the School Board minutes and the School Board policies are kept at the Freedom School. Residents wishing to view these, are welcome to do so. The PTA raises funds for special purchases and programs, and provides refreshments at many school events. Membership is open to all interested persons. The PTA meets at the school monthly throughout the school year. The PTA Officers are: Ingrid DeWitt, President Cindy Clancy, Vice-President Stacie Korroch, Treasurer Cassandra Boynton, Secretary
