SAU #13 Goals

1. We will utilize academic and promotion criteria at each grade level, as well as a variety of assessment tools to determine whether the outcomes have been demonstrated. (NCLB assessment)
2. All curricula will be revised and updated on an ongoing basis according to the scheduled content area cycle.
3. We will implement various methods of instruction to meet student needs.
4. We will continue to plan for safe and healthy school and community environments.
5. We will expand student and staff involvement in the community, as well as expand parent and community member involvement in the schools.
6. We will use all available means to communicate with the community.
7. We will design and implement a plan to promote parenting skills and responsibility through school and community resources.
8. We will continue to develop and implement plans to integrate technology into the daily operations extending from SAU through classrooms.
9. We will design and implement a system of evaluation and supervision for all staff and administrators to improve effectiveness and raise standards.
10. Each individual district will review its strategic plan to define its blueprint for the future.
